Welcome to our puppy application process! As a dedicated breeder, we strive to ensure that every puppy goes to a loving home where they will thrive. Our application is designed to make the process stress-free and enjoyable for both you and the future puppy. Get ready for an exciting journey as you prepare to welcome a new whippet friend into your life!
Our Application Process
What to expect at each stage of welcoming your new puppy..
#1 Application Submission
Complete our online application form to be considered for one of our puppies. Provide as much detail as possible, as this will help us determine if we may have a puppy that is suitable for you and your family.

We aim to respond within 72 hours.
#2 Success! You're on our waiting list
After we receive and review your application, we will inform you of your place on our waitlist.
Once successful, we will provide you with more information.
A refundable reservation fee deposit may be required to secure a place on our waitlist. The fee is approximately 15% of the total puppy purchase price.
Although it’s not first-come, first-served, our waiting list can still be quite long, and you might be expected to wait until a suitable litter and puppy are born and available.
#3 The time is almost here!
Once our breeding plans are finalised, we will keep you updated throughout the process and once the pregnancy is confirmed.
We are happy to arrange phone, FaceTime, or Zoom calls to answer any questions you may have. Our doors are always open to welcome families interested in a Shannavarius puppy.
#4 Puppies are here!
Once the puppies arrive, we will send updates and share daily photos and videos on our social channels. We will send a ton of information to your email to prepare you for a life with your new Shannavarius puppy!
#5 Puppy Selection
Between ages 5 and 6 weeks, we evaluate temperament and puppies' show-ring predispositions. This process may take some time, and once complete, we will provide you with information and discuss our puppy recommendations.
You will be invited to our home to meet the puppies, where we can have a more in-depth and personalised discussion about your future Shannavarius puppy.
As we strive to make the best possible matches, puppy selection will always take into account your personal preferences and our recommendations.
Once your dream puppy is chosen, a non-refundable reservation holding fee deposit of 35% of the total puppy price is required.
#6 Puppy Going Home!
It's time for your puppy to join you and your family in their new home, and so begins the exciting new adventure!
Our puppies leave us between 9 and 10 weeks old, and later if going to the UK or abroad.
As your new journey starts, mine doesn't end; I am always just a text or a phone call away, here to support you and your puppy throughout your life together.
